3. The Common Phase Diagram for Cs₂HgCl₄, Cs₂HgBr₄ and Cs₂CdBr₄ Crystals

On the basis of the literature data and the results of our studies for the heterophase structure, domain structure, phase boundary and Raman scattering the phase diagram common for Cs₂HgCl₄, Cs₂HgBr₄ and Cs₂CdBr₄ is constructed.
